1933 Canadian General Electric Model K64

1933 Canadian General Electric - Model K64

This is a very nice original six-tube early super-het with AVC. The radio was very advanced for the era, and offers a split shaft tuning allowing both macro and micro tuning. Above is the K-64 Cabinet after restoration. This cabinet was in fair condition but it required restoration to remove deep scratches and missing veneer. This radio came with a handle on the top for lifting the radio which missing so I need to find a reasonable facsimile.

I have only finished the cabinet of this model at this time but hope to finish the complete restoration of the electronics in the next few months.
